• Vocabulary Festival - 2nd - 4th March

  We will be holding a 'Vocabulary Festival' when we return after half term (2nd-4th March) For 3 days the children will be learning and enjoying new words and language. We see this as an opportunity to raise the children's aspirations and to celebrate our wonderful and varied language.

  This event coincides with World Book Day (Thursday 3rd March) when we will be coming to school dressed as a word. This always proves to be great fun and will give us more chances to talk about words and language.

  We can't wait to see what the children and staff think up - be creative!

  

• Art Curriculum Enrichment Week - NEXT WEEK!

  Next week the children will be thrown into an art challenge - and they cannot wait! Each year group have been given a different artist to study, finding out about their life, their work and their style. The children will be experimenting with different mediums to create a masterpiece of their own in the style of their artist.
