We tried to construct a tower of ice while looking into melting, freezing and boiling points of water.

We have been looking at states of matter and today we looked at changing states. We melted chocolate buttons in our hands and conducted an experiment to see what temperature chocolate melts fastest at,

We have enjoyed creating story stones to help us retell a Norse myth!

Year 3 and 4 have had great fun on their Viking experience day. They have met Erik the Viking who has shown them artefacts from the Viking and Anglo Saxon era.

Both classes had lots of fun learning the lyrics to 'Las ruedas del autobús'

Year 4 have really loved their Hispanic enrichment week! They have done so many activities related to their focus country - Venezuela. We have looked into Venezuelan geography, we have created artwork showing the capital Caracas. We made Venezuela's own Pan de Jamón and we have danced and sung in Spanish!
