Geography

This half term we have been looking at and using simple maps of the local area. We have been focusing on these key facts:

-We live in a small town called Atherstone which is in Warwickshire.

-We live in the centre of England.

-We have an important road called the A5 that runs past our town.

-We have a train station in our town.

-Our nearest city is Coventry.

Our school is on Southlands.

We have also used locational and directional language to describe the location of features and routes.
