11.11 Let us Remember
In Reception our children have opportunities to learn about experiences that are important to people, both in this country and in others.
The poppy has been the centre piece in class for this week, as the children have been taught about the significance of the flowers and the meaning behind the colouring of each element.
As the children have been gaining an understanding behind the poppy, the rhyme 'The Grand Olde Duke of York' has also provided additional information for the class.
