Autumn 1 - Our first topic is called Why Coventry? It is focussing on the historical aspect of World War II and the particular role that our local area played within it.

Autumn 2 - In the lead up to Christmas, our Topic lessons will be focussed on physical geography. We will learn all about mountains, volcanoes and earthquakes. 

Spring 1 - This term will be all about the circulatory system. We will be learning the different parts of our heart, the effects of diet and exercise on our health and investigating our pulse rate. In Life Skills, we will be learning about the changes our bodies go through during puberty - if you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to get in contact. 
 

PE Days – Our PE days this year are Tuesday and Wednesday. On PE days, please ensure children are wearing the correct kit: their coloured t-shirt (provided at the start of the year), black shorts/jogging bottoms and trainers. They are also allowed to wear the green Outwoods PE hoodie. Children are to come into school wearing their PE kit on PE days. Extra coloured t-shirts are available to purchase from the school office.
