We wanted to capture the essential ingredients of what makes our teachers want to teach; what makes our support staff want to work in education; what makes our Governors want to give their time, effort and expertise; and what makes parents and carers realise the importance of education and learning for their children.

Finally we want to give our children an understanding of what drives us, and what we hope they will embrace as they grow and develop at Outwoods. We believe we have captured our vision when we say Outwoods Primary School represents:-
