Theatre Trip
Today the children have visited the Abbey Theatre. We had so much fun! We looked around the theatre and we all went on the stage! We turned the stage lights on and off and changed the lighting colours. When the lights were on and we were standing on the stage we could not see the audience at all! We enjoyed looking around back stage and investigating the dressing rooms!
We also took turns in trying on a range of hats and pretending that we were in role as that character. We then had the opportunity to try on lots of costumes and we created a scary backdrop scene.
Overall we had an amazing day and we all enjoyed it!
