SEND Intent

At Outwoods special educational needs is at the centre of everything we do. Our inclusive ethos allows children of all abilities to thrive and achieve their full potential. Each pupil is valued for who they are and what they bring to the school.

Our nurturing environment enables children to try new things, whilst being supported and challenged. The staff at Outwoods take huge pride in ensuring that pupils achieve to the very best of their ability, working alongside parents and a wide range of professionals in order to ensure positive outcomes for all pupils.

We are very lucky to have a resourced provision onsite, which offers children with communication and interaction needs a it is a sensory friendly environment to learn in. The children in Bluebells have access to a personalised curriculum which will support them in growing up to lead safe, happy and healthy lives.
