More Apparatus Fun
After gaining in confidence on the apparatus in PE sessions and demonstrating excellent listening skills we have been able to use the bigger climbing equipment and have been really enjoying it.
When we first started some children were very reluctant to climb on the high pieces as it was very high and we were worried that we may fall. Everyone has tried really hard to conquer their fears and now we call all climb much higher than when we started.
Initially all we could do was hang on the bar but now some of us can climb on it, some of us roll over it and some of us can move across it using our hands.
Although we have walked down the bars before, this one was very narrow and there is only space for 1 foot at a time so we have to balance carefully and walk slowly to make sure we can get all the way across.
