Year 5 has been split into groups based on a diagnostic test that the children sat. Each group has a stage that we feel is appropriate for their understanding. Children are monitored during spelling lessons and the test to ensure that they remain in the right group and are adjusted accordingly. If you feel that your child is not in the right group, please let us know and we'll be happy to look into it.
